I'd suggest either from the beginning, or from the most pressing question. [ there's dryness to her tone, but she means it, too. usually, if it's a story, the beginning is a good place... while if it's questions, starting from the one you most want answers to is just pragmatic. ]

Yes. A friend told me. [ "a friend" — a word she doesn't afford to many on the station; most haven't bothered to speak to her enough to warrant it, seeing her just as someone to answer the crew's questions and maintain the station instead of a human being (albeit not quite human anymore). the handful she is happy to call friends, though... she appreciates all of them all the more. itachi had been matter-of-fact in his explanation, yet mindful in his usual way; she knows well enough what occurred. ]
