// VIVECA
Hi, what can I help you with?
// DEGAR
Today was gonna be the day, but they'll never throw it back to you. And by now, you should've somehow realized what you're not to do.
Degar; Audio
But if you want to talk about it, or just... do something else to get your mind off of things, like listen to music or come up with new spells... Well, I and the rest of the crew will be here.

[ kinda makes him feel a pesky little lump in his throat, in fact. ]
Think I just ... need some time to process what went down. But I'm glad you guys made it out okay, really.
[ if they lost anyone because of his world, his former life, he doesn't even know how that would sit with him.
a moment's pause and then he adds: ]
... and that you showed Jun some mercy, even if he might not deserve it.

[That would be the Highest One and the lord of Gyeonje.]
Leaving him alive was the right choice- we weren't the ones he'd wronged. And when this is all over- you can go back and talk to him about it. Besides, in the end... He realized it wasn't worth it.

[Because if she hadn't been there, hadn't reversed the transformation and brought Ellia to talk him down, Sabriel doesn't know how that confrontation would have gone.]
Listen, if you want to be alone, that's all right, everyone understands. But if you want to play some music- I'll be around?

[ degar stops himself from (re)imagining what dweyre would think of him either, how disappointed he'd be that his little brother hadn't been around if he could have helped somehow. that guilt sits like a bitter pill in his stomach. ]
Thanks Sabriel. I think I'll have to take a rain-cheque on that for now, but I'll keep it in mind.
