When you are first accepted to the game, please comment underneath with your player handle in the subject line. For every character you play, respond to that thread with the character's name. For each month the character is in-game, reply with the month as the subject line and the activity in the content. See the first comment for an example.

AC is open all month before 12AM GMT on the last day of the month, meaning you can submit and edit that submission at any point during the month. Note that because of this, we do not give out warnings or reminders. AC comments from previous months will be frozen.

// REMINDERS
• AC is due by the last day of the month at 11:59PM GMT.
• A hiatus that lasts longer than 2 weeks will exempt you from AC. If the hiatus is shorter than 2 weeks, you must provide half-AC.
• If you cannot make AC for the month, you may opt to take a strike before AC closes.
• Every player may only take one strike or one hiatus every three (3) months. That means a hiatus cannot follow a strike, and vice versa.
• When linking toplevels, indicate which thread and count you wish to submit.
• If swept from or idled out of the game, you must wait at least one app cycle before apping back in.

Ximilia is a team-based game, meaning its focus is on teamwork and collaboration. The following requirements are our effort to ensure players are active and engaging with the rest of the game.

// REQUIREMENTS
• AC is 10 comments across 2-4 threads with different characters.
• Submitted threads must come from: game network, log, inboxes or TDMs.
• No more than three consecutive submissions of "last-minute" AC where majority of the comments fall under the last five days of the month allowed.
• You can only use one inbox thread per month.
• The same character cannot be repeated two months in a row.
• No smut threads are accepted for AC.

NOTE: Failure to meet any of the aforementioned requirements within the AC period will result in an AC strike.

As always, communication is key. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from meeting AC, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so we can work something out.

Please note that no strikes are allowed for a character's first month in the game. Should circumstances necessitate this, please discuss it with us.
