CHARACTER: Itachi Uchiha
PROJECT: making chakra tags for the sad geriatric anime corpse! The TLDR is: Itachi is an expert in Fuinjutsu (sealing things into other things) and I'd had him develop a technique in Xim that allowed him to put his chakra into a 'tag' (there are instances of sealing jutsu or particular nature energy into scrolls/papers in canon, and Itachi demonstrates the ability to perform sealing techniques that 'release' under specific circumstances) to give a brief infusion of spiritual energy (which is seen to invigorate people in his canon)
I limited this in the past to 4 tags on the missions (each paper's chakra 'infusion' lasting for about 4 hrs per, basically bringing Blue up from his 'sad nearly dead' state to like 'normal human energy levels in the middle of a pandemic' state) citing his own lowish chakra levels/supplies/his tolerance for being relied on too heavily. I know you guys are wanting to keep tabs on cross-canon power related interaction and characters ICly progressing their own powers sorry i didn't check in earlier i didn't think about it - is this doable or nah going forward?
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: This isn't really anything I want to open up to other characters, Itachi likes to keep the circle of those that know the specifics what he's capable of very, very tight, but down the line I suppose it's not impossible that he might be willing to share with others? However, so that this isn't a deus ex machina styled thing, I'd keep it very restricted based on the above limitations and would probably say that he only has the ability to make 4 (more? less? mod's choice) 'active' papers at any given time, and characters would need to have some sort of spiritual energy of their own to make it work (so an Untamed Cultivator could use it, Sam Wilson could not).

Given the nature of these chakra tags, chakra in general, and Itachi's reservation with the use and distribution of them, we don't see this requiring a note here in player projects. While the intent of the page is for CR purposes, the idea is more a place for players to refer to regarding projects freely available to anyone on the station. Should you ever decide to make this more open to others, we would be more than happy to include it in the masterlist!
That being said, we appreciate being made aware that this is within the realm of Itachi's abilities. As this is more in line with characters healing others as opposed to teaching or transferring powers and abilities to another (we're assuming, of course, that all these chakra tags did was rejuvenate Blue and he isn't anymore closer to becoming a shinobi as he had been from the start because of it), we're not overly concerned with the use of them, especially as you have consistently shown sound judgement in Itachi's limitations within the game mechanics. A simple note about it in his powers section will suffice.

Perfect, thanks guys! I'm still trying to figure out how to best manage all his dumb abilities here without stepping on people so I appreciate the willingness to let me check in and flounder around like a shark in a teapot.

I'll make a note in his powers section when I have a spare minute! As an FYI I am working on a full write-up of his abilities/et all and eventually I'll throw it up somewhere for easy perusal as well.
