While the intent of the page is for CR purposes, the idea is more a place for players to refer to regarding projects freely available to anyone on the station. Should you ever decide to make this more open to others, we would be more than happy to include it in the masterlist!
That being said, we appreciate being made aware that this is within the realm of Itachi's abilities. As this is more in line with characters healing others as opposed to teaching or transferring powers and abilities to another (we're assuming, of course, that all these chakra tags did was rejuvenate Blue and he isn't anymore closer to becoming a shinobi as he had been from the start because of it), we're not overly concerned with the use of them, especially as you have consistently shown sound judgement in Itachi's limitations within the game mechanics. A simple note about it in his powers section will suffice.
