Personality: choose three positive and three negative traits about your character that you wish to highlight. make sure to elaborate and clearly indicate these traits in the text. a paragraph for each trait is fine. keep this section to roughly 800 words.
Powers/Abilities: briefly summarize your character's powers in your own words. bullet points are acceptable. do not link to wikis.
Regret: what is the regret your character wants to undo?
Suitability: more than their age and what they've endured, this section is asking you to tell us what would make your character an asset to the team? is there something unique they can provide, a power or ability or skill that makes them useful during missions, a role they can fulfill, a personality trait that makes them a boon, etc. mention anything you think would convince Viveca and Degar to recruit your character, even if it's just how far they're willing to go to get their regret undone. don't forget to elaborate!
