After discussing it, we feel the rationing portion of your project doesn't adhere to our guidelines, as all supplies should always be made available to any character at any time they would like. However, the inventory part of your player project can be approved and added to the masterlist, provided this is handwaved and not created icly or oocly so as to not limit what characters can find there.
